An operational partner

International Project Management consultancy

services_1The International Project Management services we offer expand our local operations at international level. These services were born as an extension of our Capacity Building Unit (CBU) activities, to assist companies and institutions in expanding their horizons participating to funded projects at European or international level. For provision of International consultancy, Ethic collaborates both with entities with which we work daily, as well as with small and medium consultancy companies in developing countries, in consortium with leading public and private institutions.

If you are an international firm or public institution, cooperating with us will allow you to benefit from our in-house capacity both in terms of technical expertise (i.e. bid writing and backstopping support) and access to a strong network of specialized partners, to be mobilized at need. In addition to our network of private and public actors, Ethic can contribute to consortia with a growing number of valuable references, in particular in social innovation-related activities.

A Technical Partner

Evaluation, impact assessment, data analysis, monitoring and review

Since its creation, the International Development Unit (IDU) at Ethic has built its technical competence on project assessment and evaluation. We understood the growing need expressed by local and international institutions to measure the achievements of international development projects, seeing in this specialization a clear added value for all our activities: better measurement paves the way for designing effective strategies and interventions.

Our technical skills are based on in-house competences: Ethic can count on a core team of experts, supported by a network of “associated experts”, who offer high-level expertise in:

  • Impact assessment (ex-ante and ex-post)
  • Review and appraisal
  • Monitoring mechanisms (internal and external)
  • Data analysis (including definition of strategies for harmonization of data collection)

The work conducted by our specialists in the above mentioned areas spans across evaluation of EU-funded projects and programmes, impact assessment of large EU reforms in the internal market, monitoring and review of initiatives launched by local institutions in EU Member States and developing countries, gap analysis for private companies, pure statistical analysis and definition of strategies for homogenous data collection.
