Capacity Building is the best way to ?

Capacity Building is the best way to ensure sustainable transfer of knowledge. Ethic offers a complete range of consultancy services for accessing European and International funds and for developing project management skills.

The novelty of our approach lies in the molteplicity of tools offered as well as in the creation of tailor-made percourses, built upon the specific needs and resources of our beneficiary.

Transferring knowledge

Our success is based on the ability to bridge capacity building with consultancy. While Ethic provides technical support to start working with national and international donors, our long term aim is to coach and transfer knowledge to our clients, allowing them to acquire the necessay project management competences to become independent in the long term. This is done through both training (face-to-face or on-line) and mentoring.

Our on-line platform

We have worked together with practitioners and institutions to identify the best features for an effective and interactive web-based tool that can support private and public intitutions in all relevant phases of project managament. The result of this work is an online platform where our clients can access data, materials, videos, attend webinars and interact with our specialized consultants from wherever they are, whenever they need and at an affordable cost.

Our mentoring approach

Mentoring is a process for the transmission of knowledge and social capital which entails informal communication, usually face-to-face and during a sustained period of time.” Based on your needs and the specificity of the project idea, we will be ready to support you day-by-day, guiding you through all the steps of preparation (and eventually implementation) of a project, leaving you the leadership of the process. Our specialists will be availble to meet in person or through the on-line platform, giving technical support (inlcuding access to templates, examples of successfull bids, guidance notes, etc). We will not take over the whole work, to encourage your full involvement so that practical competences are effectively transferred.
